The FAQ's 1 year with the current employer is not used as a gate. Loans Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 crore over 1-7 years, up to 100% of on-road price in eligible cases (80%-90% otherwise). Only a 9.49% starting rate is published; the 12.49% top is our estimate (start + 3 points), and 700+ is the page's guidance, not a hard floor.
