Research notes
For employees with an SBI Salary Package Account, covering central/state government, railways, police, PSU, defence and corporate-sector employees: age 21 to 60 (the loan closes by retirement or 60), at least 6 months' service for government/defence or 12 months for corporate, and Rs 20,000 (government/defence) or Rs 25,000 (corporate) net monthly salary; the engine applies the lower figures, so corporate applicants need 12 months and Rs 25,000. Loans run Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh over 6 to 84 months, capped at the lower of 65% EMI/NMI and 30 times NMI, at 10.00% to 15.00%. SBI asks only for a 'decent' score under internal policy, so the 700 floor, 750 preferred score and the corporate employer-category limit are our estimates. This page does not mention Real-Time Xpress Credit, so no separate RTXC terms are modelled.

Research notes
SBI's Regular Home Loan page publishes resident Indians aged 18 to 70 at repayment and tenure up to 30 years; the rate card dated 20 May 2026 shows 7.25% to 8.55% (EBLR-linked, plus 0.10% for non-salaried borrowers below CIBIL 825). The income floors, 550 minimum score, 3-year self-employed vintage with 2 years' profit, the 75 ceiling under Privilege / Shaurya and the amount range come from aggregator listings, so the block is tagged market-reported. SBI's FAQ says EMI/NMI runs from 20% to 70% depending on income, so the 55% FOIR is our working estimate.

INFERRED. SBI's SME lending is largely collateral-linked and scheme-driven (SME Smart Score, Asset Backed Loan, MUDRA) rather than a single published unsecured programme. Thresholds here approximate the common shape of those schemes and should be treated as an estimate, not policy.

The certified pre-owned car loan is a separate product at 10.45%-15.60%; the rate here is the new-car card.
