Research notes

Uses the home-loan product page (checked live 25 Oct 2026): its eligibility FAQ gives age 21-60 salaried / 21-65 self-employed and minimum income Rs 25,000 a month salaried / Rs 3 lakh a year self-employed, tenure up to 30 years or retirement, up to Rs 10 crore, LTV 90/80/75%, and rates of repo + 2.50% to 7.95% = 8.00-13.45%. Conflicts recorded: the same page's main block says age 18-70, and the separate FAQ page says 21-65 with Rs 10,000 / Rs 2 lakh. No minimum CIBIL is published, so the 680 floor, FOIR and 3-year self-employed vintage are working estimates.
