Research notes
IndusInd's home-loan page publishes age 24 to 60 for salaried (government / reputed companies), 24 to 70 for self-employed professionals and 24 to 65 for other ITR-filing self-employed, with 3 years' experience in every segment; 65 is used for all self-employed because the engine cannot tell the two apart. The June 2026 rate sheet shows 8.00% to 15.00% floating for most cases, and the FAQ mentions funding up to 85% of property cost. No income floor, score, FOIR, amount or tenure is published, so the Rs 25,000 floor, 700 score, 50% FOIR, Rs 5 lakh to Rs 3 crore and 3 to 25 years are our estimates and the block stays inferred.
